These are two very different types of food. Bread is made to be eaten quickly, traditionally you bake everyday and eat the bread that day. You can bake different breads which last longer or have preservatives. Cheese however traditionally is a way people preserved milk. therefore it was made to last a long time. Cheese was invented in ancient Egypt 5000 years ago! Cheese has preservatives such as salt in which help to stop it going bad.
