You should have a look at universities and what courses you need, however i know you need at least a C in both English and Maths GCSE and at least two science A-Levels, however you can get in with other qualifications not but should be science related!
It also depends what type of marine biology your interested in you might want to be an engineer on oil rigs for that you need to do an engineering degree, or you might want to predict future climate change, for that you need maths and IT. At GCSE though you should focus on Science, Geography and Maths!
