Question: Do you like Science?

Some bits yes, some bits no. When I was at school, I thought science was just what you had to learn for the exams (physics, chemistry, biology). But it’s not, there is a lot more to it. The bits I love are finding out how our mind works. Is our mind just our brain or is more? And the other bit I love is understanding how digital technology changes our minds. I used to know 20 phone numbers – I now know none. Why? Because my phone remembers them. My phones acts like a bit of my brain. Now think about technologies like Google glasses (http://www.google.com/glass/start/) . These will massively change how we think and learn. Scary, but exciting. I guess I like the bit where Science fiction merges into Science fact.
